About the Presenter: Dawn Boyer, M.Ad.Ed., Ph.D. (ABD)
Dawn Boyer has 6,200+ LinkedIn connections, and been part of the phenomenally growing Social Media Platform since 2004 when she joined a few months after it’s inception; She is or has been owner/partner of three successful businesses; Written over 10,000 resumes; spent 22+ years as a Human Resources Manager and/or Director, of which 11+ years was in government and defense contracting and specialized recruiting as a Certified Internet Recruiter and Certified Diversity Recruiter. Dawn holds a BFA in Graphic Advertising & Illustrative Art, Radford University; a Master’s in Adult Education – Virginia Commonwealth University; and a Ph.D. (ABD) in Education (STEMPS/OTS – concentration in Training & Development) from Old Dominion University; and is a PhD Graduate Teaching Assistant and Professor at ODU, teaching Communications & Information Technology (IT) to undergraduate students.
